Barre has elements of pilates, yoga, dynamic movements, plus strength and conditioning training. The moves, variations, and choreography are put together in a 50 minute class to help you create beautiful, long, lean, and sculpted muscles. In each energizing and targeted class, you will use the ballet barre, along with tools such as mini-balls, resistance bands, resistance loops, blocks, and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. Get ready to tone, tighten, shake and burn in this Barre fitness class! Whether it is your first time, or whether you are a seasoned student, every class is different and you will always challenge your body, never hitting a plateau.
In Barre you can either dial up or dial down the intensity of your class. Teachers will always cue modifications first prior to adding more movement, weight and/or choreography. This class is perfect for the beginner to the most advanced student.
Full-Body Strength Meets Cardio.
A total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by layering on body weight exercises with weights and cardio bursts!
3 rounds of 14 exercises — 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off for each exercise — 1 minute break in between each round — and a perfect cooldown. Think low weights and high repetitions, you're going to feel challenged differently in every class!
Indoor Cycling, Elevated.
Cycle offers students a fun, energetic, challenging, low impact, heart-rate lifting cardio burn on our FreeMotion bikes. Our awesome instructors will lead you through flat roads, hills, intervals, jumps, and so much more, all while you listen to music that will move and groove you. This class combines indoor cycling, abdominal and arm work encompassing a complete, total body toning, conditioning, and core strengthening workout. This class is great for all fitness levels!
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to set up your bikes, especially if you are new to indoor cycling!

Cycle & Sculpt is a bike and barre experience ALL-IN-ONE. Torch calories all throughout class!
Cardio on the bikes for half the class, then lift, tone, lengthen and sculpt for the other half of class. Fun, challenging & effective!

What is TRX?
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses your own body weight and gravity as resistance. Using adjustable straps anchored securely overhead, you'll perform a variety of exercises that build strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and core stability all at once. TRX allows you to easily modify movements, making it an effective and challenging workout for beginners and experienced athletes alike.

The final 15 minutes focus on targeted sculpting exercises using resistance training and functional strength movements to challenge your muscles and build lasting strength.

From lower body to upper body and everything in between, you're sure to leave this one a little sore but ready to take on the day! This class uses all equipment including bands, weights, barbells, steps, TRX and whatever else we can find in the studio.
Strength, Flow, and Breath.
Vinyasa is geared toward anyone wanting to gain strength and flexibility physically, mentally, and emotionally wherever you are in your yoga journey. The term Vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement with the breath, so we'll move from one pose to the next using inhalation and exhalation. We'll emphasize on the opening of our hips, spine, and shoulders, and strengthening of our core to combat any imbalances from the demands of working life.
The style, pace, and intensity will all vary in each class, with options for beginner-friendly and intermediate yoga classes, as well as more advanced levels.
Dance Like Everyone's Watching.
BUTI® Yoga is a movement practice that fuses tribal dance, plyometrics, and yoga into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. Many students say they notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class! If you want a fun, challenging, "dance-like-EVERYBODY-is-watching-and-be-okay-with-it" kind of a class, this is it! Challenge yourself to free your mind and body during this fun and challenging sweat fest!

Yoga Meets Weight Training.
Yoga Sculpt combines free weights with Vinyasa Yoga sequencing and cardio bursts to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training exercises!

Yin is a style of yoga in which poses are held for longer durations of time. It's slow-moving with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility. Instead of focusing on building strength, Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue. It's also highly meditative and introspective, offering plenty of time and space for you to draw your awareness inside.
